Tests Of Satellite Communications Planned
PLANS for the start next year of experimental tests of satellite communications in which the GPO will take part were announced in a White Paper published last week by Mr. J. R. Bevins,Postmaster- General.

The satellites are to be launched in America by the US National Aeronautics and Space Adminis- tration, and a ground station is to be provided in this country by the Post Office.
