Franklin County officials are looking for a man who they say attempted to kidnap two young girls from a house on St. George Island.
A Franklin County deputy was arrested Tuesday on charges he battered a suspect during an arrest and tried to cover it up by falsifying his report.
Steven Osburn was arrested after an investigation by the Florida Department of Law Enforcement. He is facing charges of official misconduct, falsifying records and simple battery, FDLE said in a news release. ....
