to the developing news in the midwest. nebraska governor asking to survey the damage after rare twin tornados devastated a small town and took the life of a 5 year-old girl. oh, there s the other the other tornado. oh, gosh. that was the scene yesterday outside of the town of pilger, which is 75 miles north of omaha. authorities say the twisters touched down a mile apart destroying more than half the town. we ve seen it coming and we watched and it was moving awful slow. we went down to the basement and took about 2 1/2 minutes it was over. the sheriff detailed the massive extent of the damage this morning.
