Lt. Abegael Donasco, NOCPPO spokesperson, said on Wednesday the accomplishment can be credited to the support and cooperation of the police stations in all 31 cities and municipalities in the province. These are main reasons that made us number one," she added. NOCPPO dominated the ratings in the last two months to become number one in Western Visayas, with total scores of 94.31 percent and 94.43 percent in February and March, respectively.
