It’s a crime digging deep into the pockets of taxpayers. Thieves are stealing hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of liquor from Virginia ABC stores.
Stephen Moeller faked a car break-in at his home in Kings Park to explain away how his knife and several other personal items were found near where 32-year-old Archil Miladze was stabbed to death Brighton Fourth St. and Ocean View Ave. on Oct. 10, cops said.
Police investigate body found on Pismo Beach

Pismo Beach Police responded to reports of a missing person around 2 a.m. Monday near Ocean View Ave on the beach.
Around the same time, officers said they got reports of a body that washed up onto the beach.
CAL FIRE SLO responded to the area and pronounced the person dead on scene.
The San Luis Obispo County Sheriff s Office coroner was called out to perform an autopsy and results are pending.
Police said nothing suspicious in nature was initially noted.
