In many ways, were now dealing with a very new ocean. In fact our former coast guard commandant called the arctic americas fourth coast. I thought that was a powerful way of thinking about it because Many Americans do not know the United States as an arctic nation to bring it home, this is homeland security. We now have a new coast that requires our protection. Reporter well, we saw San Jose City workers showing up for work today as scheduled instead of going onto the picket lines because of that agreement that appears to be close between what the city wants and what the union wants. The San Jose City council went into closed session just after 9 30 this morning to consider that agreement. No one signed up for public comment, so i think everyone is playing it pretty close to the vest.
