Energy efficiency company EBEB Solutions presented a proposal for a retrofit of the Oberlin Enrichment and Activity Center (OEAC) building, formerly Prospect Elementary School on 36 S. Prospect St., at the Oberlin City Council meeting Feb. 5. The proposed updates would improve safety, functionality and sustainability in the building, which last functioned as an elementary school in 2021.
