Officials say that gas line rupture was caused by flooding and storm debris. Firefighters rescued several in that area. And here a look at the devastation from above. This is the area of sunland and montecito in Santa Barbara county. The mudslides there barrelled threw streets sweeping homes off foundations, swallowing cars and blocking roadways. Two people who were rescued later spoke to reporters about a heart breaking discovery earlier in the day as cherp they were checking on neighbors home. We heard a little baby.
