Shirley Bilden, of Maplewood, died of her injuries on Wednesday, according to a city of Oakdale news release. Scott Hardy, 33, has been charged with fleeing police in a motor vehicle, resulting in the death of another, receiving stolen property and attempted auto theft, authorities said.
