The san jose homicide unit has not released the victims name. The motive isnt known yet. Officers are at the scene investigating. New developments in a random shooting that killed a woman at the San Francisco water front this week. This man 45yearold Francisco Sanchez confessed to killing 32yearold kate steinly.
