Deputies investigate swatting hoax in Radisson: Caller told 911 he killed dad, would kill mom

Lysander, N.Y. The man called 911 on Monday morning with a confession and a threat.
He claimed he’d just killed his dad inside his family’s Radisson home. And he told dispatchers his mom was next.
Responders seemed suspicious from the start: The caller claimed he was at a home on Oak Brook Road in Lysander’s Radisson community. But the call had been made from a blocked, out-of-area number, a dispatcher said in police scanner dispatches.
“This might be a swatting call,” a dispatcher said.
