Chad, what is the biggest concern as far as the movement and intensity of this storm over the next 24 hours and beyond . The concern is that it stalls. Its still moving a little bit now. But about 3 miles or 5 Miles Per Hour. If it stalls and the rain is in the same spot for so many days, were talking five days before the computer models actually push this anywhere, theres nothing to push it away. Right now the center of the storm is very close to yorktown, texas, thats where the center of circulation would be. Theres not really much of an eye left. Its a 70mileperhour Tropical Storm.
