It happened at culley Elementary School near officers noticed a stolen car and tried to pull it over about a mile away. But the suspects took off and drove near the school. Thats when officers say all four of them scattered. They say the driver had a gun. Police immediately put culley on lockdown while searching for the suspects. One neighbor we talked with said the suspects couldnt have been much older than his son. A pahrump student is in big trouble after being caught carrying a a gun into a middle school. It happened yesterday at Rosemary Clarke middle school. Fox5s eric hilt talked with parents. This started just before 9 oclock yesterday when the Nye County Sheriffs Department says another student heard about the gun being inside of students bag and told School Official the Sheriffs Department told us that the gun was not loaded there was no ammunition in the bag or with the student and at no point did that student take the gun out of the bag youre at Rosemary Clark middle school but parents i spoke to today said the incident is still very concerning i shouldve heard it from the school, its a big concern to me when Something Like that happens because of all the. From North Las Vegas to henderson, the wild winds kept trees swaying across the valley over at mccarran airport, strong winds blew over a large sign on to airport connector road. The downed sign blocked access to terminal one from the tunnel. Crews were on the scene in minutes, working to remove the damaged sign. Were following breaking news in the east valley, around 600 were following breaking news in were following breaking news in the east part of the valley, around 600 customers are without power right now after a car hit a power pole.
