Boston-based consultancy firm Bain & Company’s SA managing director Vittorio Massone colluded with Tom Moyane and Jonas Makwakwa in order to receive a R187-million contract to restructure the South African Revenue Service. More than that, Massone appears to have lied under oath to the Commiss.

Public Interest SA has lodged a complaint against Bain & Company with the US Department of Justice after the State Capture Inquiry report found evidence of a "coordinated agenda" between Bain, former President Zuma and the SA Revenue Service to "to seize and restructure" the tax agency.
