Speaking at a g7 meeting in italy, mr blinken refused to comment on reports that israel had informed washington of its plans before they struck. Iranian state media said explosions were heard over the city of isfahan, which it said were iranian air defences hitting three drones. The action appears to have been limited in scope, with no casualties or major damage reported.
