A new cafe-bakery, Nuage Patisserie and Boulangerie, has opened along Kampong Bahru Road, opposite the Singapore General Hospital. The trio behind this cafe are Serene Tan, who helmed now-defunct online bakery Edibles Bake Shop, Carina Tan, who previously sold themed bakeboxes, and a third partner who was the head baker at a five-star hotel.
