According to NSE block deal data, Silverview Portfolio Investments Pte Ltd, a KKR entity, sold 13.08 crore shares - or 4.85% - in Indus at ₹210.21 a piece, aggregating ₹2749.61 crore. CPPIB, in turn, sold its 5.76 crore shares - or 2.14% - in India s largest telecom tower company at Rs 212.15 a piece, aggregating ₹1223.46 crore. CPPIB still owns 0.05% in Indus.
Back in March 2017, a consortium of KKR and CPPIB had paid around Rs 6,194 crore for a 10.3% stake in Bharti Infratel, at Rs 325 apiece. Bharti Infratel subsequently merged into Indus Towers in end-2020, with the consortium getting a 6% stake in the combined entity. The two had since increased their combined holding to 7.04% - 4.85% for KKR and 2.19% for CPPIB.

Shibulal and Kumari are the promoters of the IT major. They held 0.05 per cent stake and 0.21 per cent stake in the company, respectively at the end of March 2021 quarter.
SD Shibulal, co-founder of IT major Infosys, on Thursday bought shares worth Rs 100 crore of the Bengaluru-based IT firm through an open market transaction.
Shibulal acquired more than 7.22 lakh shares at an average price of Rs 1,384 per share, according to BSE block deal data. As per a separate transaction, Shibulal s wife Kumari offloaded over 7.22 lakh shares at the same price of Rs 1,384 apiece.
