Detectives were able to capture a photo of the unknown man who made the purchase of a Scag brand zero-turn mower for $8,550.63. The purchase was made at Hooper Power Equipment behind Cannonsburg Village (418 S. Front St.). Evidently to buy the mower, the subject used another person s credit card information on March 3, 2021.
