BAXTER A public informational meeting is set for 6 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 5, at Baxter City Hall for the 2024 mill and overlay and full depth reclamation street projects. A mill and overlay removes the top layer of a street and puts a new layer of pavement down in its place. The total project cost is estimated to be $5,191,246.64.
