综述：中国超强监管校外培训政策尘埃落定 "资本过度涌入存在较大风险隐患"

“校外培训仍然过热，超前超标培训问题尚未根本解决，一些校外培训项目收费居高，资本过度涌入存在较大风险隐患”，中国教育部在官网刊登答记者问称。
两办下发的“关于进一步减轻义务教育阶段学生作业负担和校外培训负担的意见”要求，校外培训机构不得占用国家法定节假日、休息日及寒暑假期组织学科类培训。严格控制资本过度涌入培训机构，线上培训要注重保护学生视力，每课时不超过30分钟，课程间隔不少于10分钟，培训结束时间不晚于21点。
意见并指出，上市公司不得通过股票市场融资投资学科类培训机构，不得通过发行股份或支付现金等方式购买学科类培训机构资产。
