Cover band Nothing Too Serious has slammed NSW Health Minister Brad Hazzard for suggesting they caused the COVID-19 cluster in Sydney s northern beaches, which currently sits at 129 cases.
Two band members tested positive to coronavirus after performing at the Avalon RSL club on December 11, after which Mr Hazzard publicly identified the band.
Nothing Too Serious band has since been inundated with online hate accusing them of spreading the disease across Sydney.
The band demanded Mr Hazzard publicly retract his statements and shared their side of the story in a post on their Facebook page on Tuesday.
