Ly walking from the back of my store toward the front when i heard the first gunshot. My first thought was something large has fallen but they were within a half second of each other and by the third shot, i thought, this is happening this is real. These are gunshots and this is going on. I changed glances with my manager and it was go time that we needed to get to safety. We were escorting guests that were in our store as well as guests in the corridor of the mall in the hallway and other employees who work at kiosks that are throughout the middle of the mall and in to our back room.
