Lawrence D. Bing “The Cookie Man” Shelton, 89, passed away peacefully on February 18, 2024, at his home. Viewing will be held between 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM, Sunday, February 25, 2024, with the family present between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM, and 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM, Monday February 26, 2024, at Trout Funeral Home. A Funeral Ceremony will be held at 2:00 PM Monday, February 26, 2024, at Northeast Baptist Church with Rev. Scott Melton officiating. Those unable to attend the Funeral Ceremony, may attend virtually on the Trout Funeral Home website, www. troutfuneralhome.com and click on the live-stream or toolbar icon on the top right corner after 1:45 PM.
