Aggravated drunk driving charged JOHNSTOWN James R. Davis Jr. , 30, of 109 Allen Heights, St. Johnsville, was charged by by Fulton County sheriff’s deputies at 7:25 p.m. April 23 with aggravated driving while intoxicated. Deputies said he was charged following a vehicle complaint on County Highway 131 in the town of Johnstown. It is alleged Davis operated a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, having a blood-alcohol concentration of 0.18 percent or higher, deputies said. He was issued tickets returnable to Town Court at a later date. Erratic driving leads to DWI charges NORTHVILLE Jared K. Becotte, 44, of 242 N.
