Clay County prosecutors have filed charges in connection with an Amber Alert on Tuesday night after a 10-month-old boy was forcibly taken from his father.
Liberty police said Car mani Colston-Miller was taken from his father during a confrontation with the boy s mother in the parking lot of an apartment complex on North Withers Road.Sign up for our Newsletters
Ashley Haygood, 31, has now been charged with parental kidnapping.
Prosecutors also charged David Giron, 24, of Kansas City, with third-degree kidnapping and fourth-degree assault. ....
