Ive studied the civil war since i was quite young and, you know, knew the lengths of the tragedy during the civil war. But it was eyeopening to me the extent of the humanitarian crisis that unfolded over the course of those four bloody years. Over 56,000 died in prisoner of war camps over that time. Well as some low elevation snow for the bay area, and whats ahead, but mike, youre getting reports of some roadway flooding. Right now all this radar activity, superimposed over the traffic map. The roadway sensors are green but that green radar kind of covers it up. This is where youll find that more intense rain right now as kari has been talking about. Watch this. See as we move down now the san mateo bridge ill pick it out and the dumbarton bridge and anywhere south of the dumbarton bridge things are much calmer right now, more coming in off the peninsula, so that will be a factor.
