Akko (Gombe) Jan. 22, 2021 Dr Bayero Fara, Director-General, Nigeria Institute of Transport Technology (NITT), on Friday said the institute’s outreach learning center in Gombe state would commence full operation in the next two months.
Fara, who disclosed this while speaking to newsmen shortly after he had inspected ongoing projects at the center, located in Kumo, Akko Local Government Area, Gombe state, expressed satisfaction with the level of work at the facility currently at the final stages of completion.
He, however, identified some amendments that needed to be effected at the facility, for the early take-off of the learning center, explaining that the Institute was established to provide world class professional training, research, as well as proffer solutions to challenges in the nation’s transportation sector.
