(Alexandria, MN) The Alexandria Police Department says an arrest has been made in the armed robbery investigation at Bremer Bank. The incident took place at Bremer Bank last Thursday.
At approximately 12:58 p.m., the Cass County Drug Task Force was involved in what officials are calling a critical incident during the arrest of an individual on a felony warrant.
The photos, released to the public on Thursday, depict Mohamad Barakat packing a suitcase with guns and going to a gun range hours before he shot at Fargo police.
According to court documents, Tracy Thomas sent sexually explicit images of children to his wife, Cameron Thomas. The two allegedly discussed performing sexual acts with one of the children.
