A state police task force arrested a Colorado man who allegedly had over 5,000 grams of cannabis while driving on Interstate 90 in McHenry County on Wednesday.
A 29-year-old Algonquin woman has been sentenced to six years in prison for delivering drugs to a 48-year-old Algonquin man who died of an overdose in 2020.
Over prosecutors’ objections, Bruce Berrier had been released from DuPage County jail to attend his brother’s funeral. He was fitted with an electronic GPS monitoring device that he allegedly removed.
