WILBRUTON — Eastern Oklahoma State College sophomores Jeremy Chapman of Fort Smith, AR and Ryan Stockton of Ada, OK were named the Outstanding Respiratory Therapy Division Graduates during the college’s 2021 commencement ceremony in Wilburton.
