Former children's TV star forging new career on Coast

The former Saturday Disney host grew up in Eumundi and went to school at Noosa District High School.

More than $25,000 was raised through GoFundMe by friend Mark Haskenkam on behalf of his sister Ruth Doyle as Mr Ferguson did not have travel insurance.
The funds have helped Mr Ferguson’s family pay for treatment of terrible injuries suffered after colliding with a Belgian tourist in Phuket.
