fate as ban i don t know as referred to the justice department three weeks ago because not all insurrectionists are eager to cooperate. mark meadows attorney said he s covered by executive privilege. biden white house make it clear it rejects that claim. executive privilege is not a thing in this case. also today a federal appeals court has taken on the case meaning trump s effort to block the committee from seeing the records in the national archives to date back to the white house on january 6, federal judges have now slowed everything down, they have scheduled arguments in the case for november 30 which means it will be weeks before the committee might see the trump records and not turned orr tomorrow as the committee and democrats had hoped. i don t think it s a huge set back. i think obviously trump s folks will spin this as a win with a lag of wins frankly on the legal side. this is not unexpected. i think we expected frankly a stay issued by the appeals court. ....
