TAXILA: A court in Attock awarded death sentence to a man for murdering a nine-year-old girl. Noman Sultan, a resident of Kot Fateh Khan in the limits of Fatehjang police, gunned down the girl in Pagh village over a petty dispute on October 13, 2020. The police registered a case and later arrested the man besides recovering the weapon used in the murder. The court also imposed a fine of Rs100,000 on the convict to be paid as compensation to the legal heirs of the deceased.
