Police are yet to arrest a man accused of raping a schoolgirl after which she died by suicide in Noakhali s Subarnachar on March 1.
Fazle Rabbi Rubel, an employee of a tailoring shop in Noakhali Super Market, raped the tenth grader, while she was alone at her house in Charjubli union on February 25.
Charjabbar Police Station Inspector (investigation) Ibrahim Khalil said, The accused, Fazle Rabbi Rubel, went into hiding and we are still trying to arrest him. We hope that we will be able to arrest him soon.
