Due to Weather Canyon Changes Location of 4th of July Celebration
We are about halfway through the year 2021 and the weather has been something else. We had those crazy winter storms all over Texas back in February. We had triple digit heat way before we saw summer on the calendar.
Since summer has officially hit we have seen way cooler than average temperatures. There has been rain that hit us this week too. Due to the rain there have had to be some changes to the celebration happening this weekend in Canyon for the 4th of July.
The Lion s Club Pancake Breakfast, The Fair of the Square and the parade will all be happening same time and same location on Saturday. The change up is going to move the location for the concert with Noah Genda and the fireworks. Originally the fireworks were going to be shot off from Connor Park.
