Two San Luis Obispo county nonprofit groups have filed a lawsuit against the County this week, following the controversial approval of a housing project.
On Tuesday, the Nipomo Action Committee and the San Luis Obispo chapter of the California Native Plant Society filed a lawsuit against the County of San Luis Obispo over its the approval of the Dana Reserve housing project in April of this year.
