冯正兴
男，1939年2月出生，中共党员，张小泉剪刀厂退休工人。1994年退休后，他自费购置修磨剪刀工具，在社区内设摊为居民义务修磨剪刀，至今已义务磨剪刀13余万把。27年来，他无私奉献，每次一开工就能磨上一天，平均每天要磨上100多把剪刀。有时候现场磨不完，还要拿回家加班。除了服务附近社区，每月，他还准时出现在全市各个雷锋广场、雷锋角，无论是吴山广场还是运河广场，他的摊位总是人气旺盛的，已成为全市雷锋广场志愿服务一道靓丽风景。他凭借一技之长，用勤劳的双手和实际行动创造着不平凡的人生价值。他先后荣获最美浙江人、杭州市功勋志愿者、杭州市学雷锋标兵、拱墅区道德模范等荣誉称号。（杭州）
