Polls show they could wrest control of the senate from the democrats and they are also expected to increase the majority in the house of representatives. While support for president barack obama and his policies has waned during his second term. His popularity has hit a new low. Although his name is not on the ballot, it may as well be. Todays vote is seen by many as a referendum on his performance in office. Voters lining up to cast their ballots in new hampshire.
