Hombres armados matan a 35 personas en el noroeste de Nigeria

MADRID, 9 Jul. – Al menos 35 personas han muerto en el área de Maradun, en el estado de Zamfara, en el noroeste de Nigeria, después de que un grupo de hombres armados atacara a campesinos en una presunta venganza por el asesinato de dos de sus miembros, según ha detallado la Policía.
El portavoz de la Policía de Zamfara, Mohamed Shehu, ha explicado que el ataque tuvo lugar el jueves, cuando un grupo de atacantes fuertemente armados dispararon indiscriminadamente contra los residentes que trabajaban en sus granjas en el distrito de Faru, recoge ‘Premium Times’.
En el mismo distrito, varias personas también han resultado heridas, mientras que residentes de la zona aseguran que la cifra de víctimas asciende hasta los 39. ....
