John Imonbhio Abhuere was born on 21st April 1951 at Unuwazi Uromi, Edo State, Nigeria. He attended St. John’s Anglican Primary School, Unuwazi from where he proceeded to Edo Boy’s High School (now Adolor College), Ugbowo, Benin City.
