AKKA Finalizes Its Reserved Capital Increase Of 200M€ Regulatory News: AKKA (Paris:AKA) (BSE:AKA) (ISIN:FR0004180537) announces that the Board of Directors meeting today approved the completion of the capital increase for a gross amount of 200,000,002.50 euros, including issue premium. Nicolas Valtille began his career as CFO for a multimedia group. Nicolas then joined the AKKA group in 2000 as Chief Financial Officer.
