Below is a list of defendants charged in federal court in the District of Columbia related to crimes committed at the U.S. Capitol in Washington, D.C, on Wednesday, Jan. 6, 2021.
Every case is being prosecuted by the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia. Following arrests, or surrender, defendants must appear before district court magistrate/judge where the arrest takes place, in accordance with the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure.

911. police have not said whether the taxi driver will face charges. the pedestrian was transported to the hospital with life- threatening injuries. the chp says a side show on a freeway caused an accident that left a toddler with a broken neck. it happened last month on interstate 880 in san leandro. the boy s mother says she was rear ended when another driver doing doughnuts forced her to stop suddenly. her 2-year-old son was rushed to the hospital with a fractured neck and is now in intensive care after undergoing surgery. he was bleeding out of his mouth and he wasn t answering me. i thought he was dead. now, this isn t the first time a side show has created a dangerous distraction for drivers on 880. the chp says it is also investigating a side show on a freeway in oakland back in january. this morning, fairfield police are asking for the public s help finding a missing man. police say mark arsensa was last seen taking a walk thursday in the green valley area.
