The kindercare in west allis is set to reopen at six this morning. After heavy rain caused flooding outside its building. The flooding was so bad, some of the kids got stuck inside. Daycare employees called parents and told them they would feed the kids dinner while parents waited for the roads to dry out. When that didnt happen, they called the fire members of the Fire Department walked the kids down to the rigs until the parents could pick them up.
