East Millinocket Police Arrest Several on Drug-Related Charges All the arrests were made on Saturday, February, 27th, with help from the U.S. Border Patrol. 12:30 PM - Police went to the Medway Road home of 62-year-old Kenneth Kunkel, to conduct a urine test. Kunkel, who was out on bail for a drug trafficking charge, tested positive for illegal drugs. In addition, police learned he had an active warrant for his arrest for violation of bail, related to another unlawful trafficking charge.
