QUINCY Seated behind the front counter in the Quincy Tailor Shop, Argira  Angie   Spiropoulos carefully cuts a piece of purple silk she will use to expand the waist on a pair of slacks. At least there is always a need for this. She is wearing a mask because of the pandemic. Her eyes, often smiling, look up to see who has entered and become somber as she talks about how business is down at the shop she has run for 39 years. People are not coming too much anymore, she says. What can I say? People aren t going to the office anymore. Everyone is working from home.  Casual clothes don t need mending; there are few new clothes to be altered. Spring proms were canceled.
