Feb. 14 Elissa Bower, 23, of Rockport, was issued summonses by Officer Celjeta Bixhaku for operating under the influence, inspection sticker and operating a motor vehicle with an expired license. Feb. 20 Stephanie Aiken, 37, of Union, was issued summonses by Bixhaku for inspection sticker and proof of insurance.
