Prosper Couple Accused of Scamming Thousands Appears in Court

According to the complaint filed last week by the Texas Attorney General, the Moores operated, an illegal pyramid scheme Blessings in No Time (aka BINT) to scam tens of millions of dollars from members of the African American community.
Since January, the complaint says the state has received nearly 200 consumer complaints about the Moores and BINT Operations, LLC alleging over $700,000 in losses.
Yolanda Robertson, from Georgia, is one of them.

CONWAY, S.C. (WMBF) â A Conway man will spend a decade behind bars for a 2018 crash that left three people dead.
According to information from the 15th Circuit Solicitorâs Office, 54-year-old Garth Treadway pleaded guilty Monday to three counts of reckless homicide.
Officials said Circuit Court Judge Kristi Curtis sentenced Treadway, who has a lengthy criminal history dating back to 1983, to the maximum of 10 years in prison on each count. The sentences will run concurrently. ....

CONWAY, S.C. (WMBF) – A Conway man will spend a decade behind bars for a 2018 crash that left three people dead.
