26 de julio de 2021, 1:33 La sección sindical de CGT del Servicio de Limpieza de Ponferrada ha valorado el acuerdo con el Ayuntamiento después de tras varias reuniones. «El Comité de Empresa, presidido por nuestra sección dice en un comunicado , ha conseguido que el
Ayuntamiento ceda y se comprometa a añadir una cláusula que garantiza que, pese a la
decisión administrativa de dividir los servicios en lotes, se garanticen los derechos de todos los trabajadores sin que esto suponga una pérdida de condiciones para algunos».
Además destaca que «dichas condiciones no afectarán a las nuevas contrataciones, lo que supondrá un nuevo pulso en la negociación del próximo Convenio Colectivo». Desde CGT consideran que la decisión de dividir el servicio en lotes, pese a que esté dentro de la legalidad, «es una decisión poco acertada por parte del equipo de gobierno» y velarán porque se cumplan las condiciones pactadas y su mejora.
