exchange. this started as a fight and then led to a police standoff of a filing confrontation and an arrest. we are at the scene, and here is today s string of incidents. this area was blocked off on lock down and swat team members were here. they cleared the scene quickly. they rested the people they thought were involved in the earlier fights. a violent fight left tense moments in a neighborhood this afternoon, snipers aimed their weapons what officers on the ground drew their guns and surrounded the place. police said this all started out with the earlier fight involving five people. they say one guy used a baseball bat and someone else fired two shots during the fight. witnesses told police the people involved were staying at the apartment that is why the swat team stormed the house. after swat team members storm the house they determine the the people they were looking for were not there instead a woman that was inside walked out and surrendered police said sh ....
