LINDENHURST, NY A Long Island Rail Road assistant conductor from Lindenhurst was recently suspended after he was filmed on the steps of the U.S. Capitol during the Jan. 6 riot.
Steven Rosati is being investigated for his possible participation in the riot, officials said. He s also being investigated for his far-right social media postings.
Rosati was suspended without pay last week. He has not been charged with any crimes. His union would not comment on his case. ....
